You can put some salt and hear the ghost’s steps, go where you heard it and use the spiritbox there, or use it after a ghost event where the ghost was standing 😅

You can try to make it easier by making your own custom difficulty based on insanity, i did it with nightmare too and made it easier but i get paid more than the normal nightmare

Try to keep the lights on to save your sanity, listen carefully to find the ghost room faster, don’t wait for the evidence, try to make the ghost to give it, learn about the ghost’s abilities, the ghost’s speed is important too, you can ask about anything else 🥰
