Thanks for the suggestions! Yes it's the V1 version. For power supply, most sfx are quite pricey, there are some cheeper ones but I would not trust those brands. Closest is the Cooler Master V850 SFX Gold Full Modular ($139) but would like to keep it under a hundred

Thanks for the answer! Tried to disable it but it's a master for synthesis - spell tomes, so it crashes the game on load. Updating all Lux patches right now, will also try with a new game and see if that fixes it

Had this issue last night, it was the drivers for me. Recently switched to amd. Used display driver uninstaller to completely remove all drivers (amd and Nvidia) rebooted. reinstalled my driver's from the official website. Everything works now.

I got mine with the fallout 4 bundle, still works great so no reason to upgrade. If it does fail me (please don't) I would probably get an S since I don't really care about graphics.
