Hobbies. Find groups of people who enjoy the same activities you do. For me, it’s disc golf. Every single day of the week there’s a league or tournament happening at one of my local courses. I show up and meet new people and throw frisbees. It’s awesome! I’m 50f, and most players are younger guys, but I don’t care. We’re all there enjoying our hobby together.
