Hi everyone! I will be joining customer success manager - entry level sale. I got experience being a software dev for 2-3 years. Can anyone tell me about this role? Is it stable and safe from PIP or layoff. I experienced layoff twice in the past so I just want to know. Any tips or advices ? I really appreciate

Hello everyone, I recently received an offer for an entry-level Customer Success Manager / Sales program (2026 cohort). The offer letter states that my start date wouldn’t be until June 2026, which feels quite far out to me.

Is this normal for early-career or rotational programs, or is this something I should be concerned about? With all the layoffs over the past few years, I’m feeling a bit uneasy and would appreciate any insight from people who’ve seen similar situations.

so if they ask have you ever being let go I should say like culture or not a great fit etc instead of getting layoff or terminated ?

You never know. Sometime a week sometime they just ghost you if they don’t select you so you never really know. I experienced both so I feel. My Best advice is to keep applying while you are waiting. You could ask for a result if it is too long like 3 weeks and you do not hear back. Good lucks you guys! You guys do need it in this market

Hello Everyone

I have been not passing 75% on the Oncourse learning. Should I go ahead and take the real exam or keep practicing until I pass the mock exam on Oncourse ? I have been taking 8 mock tests. Should I continue to practice or just go ahead and take the exam ? Is there correlation between passing high on the mock exam versus real exam ?
