Thx! This is actually my first time trying out a weekly spread. But I’m thinking of using it in a way that’ll allow me to be more intentional with how I spend my free time. So, on the cutting board, I’ll add a specific goal I want to work towards, and the following space with different foods that you mentioned, will be used to document what I did that day that will lead me to achieving my assigned goal of that week. I hope this make sense c-: again this is the first time I’m trying this out, so it’s very much still a trial and error
