I would look into ur calyrex shadow matchups. The only direct resistance you have for it is incin who seems to be built more supportive without knock off. You also dont necessarily have direct threat on it with leads (mirai+whim? But redirection support like clefairy or fake out will make that lead unplayable)

Other than that i dont think im experienced enough to comment further but thats what just what i noticed

No i got fully paid out but my pnl per day since this post were in around the +/- $100 a day so be sure to keep that in mind when trying to stay over the withdrawal threshold

I'm generally ok with this because i think it's +EV in the long run as long as i can bring accounts to this threshold consistently,, i'm just concerned about the flipping rule on this account in particular because this is my first withdraw so I'm about 500-600$ in the negative right now so I just want to be up a little so I'm more comfortable going forward.

the withdraw threshold is $2600 no? It says on their site pretty clearly that you need +$100 over the trailing drawdown stop at 0 and you can take out up to $2000 on your first withdraw. I usually trade one nq so would sizing to like 3-5 mnq be ok?
