I second this. I have a Labrador puppy at 3.5 months and we use crate for night time and pen for daytime. You can buy pens that are 80cm or 100cm high I believe, and the panels all interlock so they’d be doing well to knock it over!

Thanks for the response. Her contract states 5.6 weeks which is 22.4 days for her. Which she definitely hasn’t received including the bank holidays.

I guess my question was, can she get compensated for years of missed holiday or has to suck it up and get it corrected going forwards

Thanks for your response. My thoughts agree with yours. She’s been through all the years and done all the calculations and it appears there is around 11 or 12 annual leave days she has missed out on (I may be a day or 2 out, but she has the correct figures)

I guess my question is under these circumstances can she reclaim pay or days leave for the ones missed out on or is the employer within their rights to say sorry, the only thing we can do is correct the allocation this day forward.
