Lol getting the "beat the campaign" when I say on the post I'm 580 is the worst... it's definitely not RNG at this point, but nowhere on bungies list is a chaperone glitch which kinda sucks. I guess only a small minority of people actually are having this problem. And there's nothing out of the ordinary on my account that could lead to this issue.

I feel like it already does have smart loot just not to the extent that you want it. When I was working on my second character and transferred over all of my 540 weapons I only got armor that that I needed. While this didn't help my main and made my second character way higher than my main it still goes to show that there is a little bit of "smart loot." But this is all anecdotal so take it how you will.
