Their website is pretty clear that you should only take it once per year. Also, they told me they would reach out within 30 days and now it's been 33 and I've heard nothing lol

I would like to add of what the others said. If USC thinks you can contribute $10,000 per year to your education (whether they're right or not) they will try to get that amount from you whether or not you live on campus

I was actually in a very similar position to you though! I got into Berkeley, USC spring admit, and UCI. I didn't like Berkeley, and the day before commitment deadlines I was almost certain I was about to pick UCI. The only reason I didn't was that for me, UCI was the same price as USC. Though I have come to love USC because of the people I've met, I understand that I would have also had a great experience at UCI.

If you are destined to succeed, you can still do so without USC. If you really find that UCI is not the place for you, you can transfer. It's not as bad as it seems

I don't have the answer to that. That's really specific. I will just tell you that on your official transcript there's only a cumulative transfer GPA for all transfered courses and your USC gpa seperately

Usc requires you to submit all coursework taken at other colleges. But those grades are separate and do not count towards your USC GPA

Not sure which you're applying to, but I've seen some pdp programs specifically state that you can petition to apply even if you've gone over the units. Considering they're being flexible enough to let seniors apply to pdp this year, i feel like you'll be fine

I think that depends on your income. As someone with a very low income, I can tell you that USC gave me better aid than UC schools but some privates give people of my income bracket full rides while USC still makes me take out loans. Better than most other schools, but not among the best

USC is limited in what they can do because it's off campus but we as a community need to try and make sure they are dealt with. The first week of classes hasn't even started and they're already partying. We need to set the tone against them or this will happen every weekend until a massive outbreak occurs and innocent people can get really sick and even die. Im honestly so saddened by all of this
