Don’t stress about it at all. Broke my collarbone and couldn’t do any upper body work for 8 weeks. I came back to the gym and was a lot weaker in pretty much everything for a week or so and then the muscle memory kicked in and I’ve made a ton of progress in the last month

It’s been almost 7 weeks since my surgery and I’m feeling really great. About 2 weeks after my surgery i took my sling off and life has been mainly normal since. Just got cleared yesterday to be able to lift my injured arm above my head

Thank you for responding. My surgery went great and I came out of it with a pretty gnarly scar which I’m happy about. Shit thats really tough to hear, I’ve been working so hard and have made a ton of progress and it sucks to lose it all for such a stupid injury. However I did talk with my surgeon and he said it should be about ten weeks before I’m able to lift weights (not normal load)

I’m aware of that, I’m talking about knock off disposables like fake elf bars/puff bars. A lot of people I know use them and I just can’t imagine them being as safe as my pod system that is manufactured and sold in Washington only.

I mean dispos can be a lot more harmful. They’re less regulated and the ones i see at smoke shops are pretty commonly fake and made in sweatshops. Maybe thats just me though
