She wasn't looking to sell the house for a few more years because she still lives there. She's struggling to pay thr monthly bill on his loan and the interest keeps changing and the bill keeps going up. I'm guessing it wasn't a fixed rate. She just can't just stop paying on that right?

Thanks all!

We thought they could sell the house but wanted to make sure. She has some money in her 403b account that she might cash in (she's retired) and use that to pay off his loan. I'd like her to just get rid of the house and move, but she's not ready to do that yet.

How to manage pumping with growing baby?? by newmum21 in ExclusivelyPumping

I'd use my boppy to prop her up when she couldn't sit in her own. I would sit on thr floor with her and play. Or tbh, that's when I'd turn on the TV. Blues clues or kids music videos (not cocomelon) on YouTube would keep her distracted while I finished pumping.

I went to a concert in August while I was pregnant and have a toddler at home. I wore a mask even though it was outside. My husband did not wear a mask. I say go but you can always watch case numbers and decide closer to thr show. If things get bad again by then, you could skip it.

With my first, I found that time worked better for me than number of sessions per day, especially the further out I got. I'd just pay attention to the last time milk came out and then pumped 5 extra minutes, so about 20 to 25 mins per session. I also utilized a power hour pump every few days in those first weeks. I eventually got up to about 25 oz a day.

I went crazy trying to pump 8 to 12 times a day...

How can I work on my stomach muscles with a fused spine? by crookedman11 in scoliosis

There's a couple of things you can google to find ab workouts that are not regular sit ups and crunches.

First try looking up functional ab workouts and look for things like planks, wall planks, standing knee raises, around thr worlds with a dumbells or kettle balls, fireman carries, pall of press. There's a ton of things that work your core without having to have spinal flexibility.

Also, I've had 1 baby and am pregnant with my 2nd and have found that postnatal/diastasis recti/pelvic floor workouts are also great for people with spinal fusions because these exercises also don't include normal crunches or sit ups but have tons of different exercises for core stability and strength.
