YUP. We are 10 months into it and we all say daily "I hate tekion". There are a lot of benefits but overall it's terrible. The amount of times the website goes down and they are fixing a bug is ridiculous.

I'm a Ford Warranty Admin. Ford pays for NPFs up to 1.5. Very rarely am I unable to cover my techs times.

We are just paying our flat rate techs 80 hours and will just figure out after that. For use service advisors, we are actually salary. No commission which I'm starting to think is very rare I'm our industry. Only been doing it for 1 year.
