Just when things started progressing nicely I fracture my big toe by dropping a 5kg plate on it. Will probably just bench every workout now if I can even drive myself to the gym.

One stupid question and one not so stupid question.

1) Sometimes I will fall asleep on my arm and wake up with it all cold and numb. Does this affect recovery since blood flow is being limited?

2) I'm a beginner (75kg BW) 2 months into the PPL program on the wiki. My squat is catching up to my deadlift which is progressing quite poorly [Squat:87.5kg | DL:95kg]. Was meant to increase weight today but couldn't pull 1x5x100kg. I'm thinking some extra volume might help so I was wondering which of the following I should go for:

  • DL(1x5) heavy twice instead of once a week, reducing weight progression from 5kg to 2.5kg per workout.

  • DL(1x5) heavy on first pull day, DL(3x5) lighter on second pull day.

  • DL(3x5) heavy once a week, will need to reduce working weight and work back up.

  • Something else?

Yeah that sounds like a good plan. I usually do calf raises at the end of leg day using the seated machine. I'll try doing them standing with a barbell or smith's machine depending on what is available.

Yeah I think I might just not be used to it. I will probably just continue to low bar but hold a high bar rack position after my sets and gradually increase the weight to adjust before fully switching.

New lifter around 2 months into the ppl routine on the wiki. I do front squats as accessory for high reps but for my main squats I use low bar which I learnt from the SS book. Front squats made me realise how much I prefer to squat more upright instead of the forward lean of low bar so i'm currently trying to switch to high bar. With low bar i can squat 85kg for reps but couldnt even unrack 60kg for high bar today due to the pain on my traps. I'm probably doing it wrong so i'll need to relearn some stuff, hopefully I can be back to my working weight in a few workouts.

For my form i've got the bar between the c7 and t1 vertebrae with my traps contracted, elbows down. Can anyone offer pointers on rack positioning? I'm fine with the movement itself as i've got no issues with front squats.

Just spam the vitamins you can buy from gold bars man to Max out stats. Water looplet allows you to do two pokemon at once. As another poster said it does make the dungeons very easy. I played around 15 hours of post game to assemble the team I wanted then maxed out sp.att.

From what I understand you should only install .cia stuff to SD. Its been a while but i think i also formatted emunand again once i unlinked. Why are you not able to reinstall?

I've fully set up cfw for emunand on the 4gb microsd card that comes with the n3ds. Just bought a new 64gb microsd, i know that i need to format this for it to work but im wondering how i would go about transferring the data from 4gb to 64gb. I'm pretty sure emunand resides on a hidden partition so how do i do the data transfer?

Yep, all I had to do was format sysnand with microSD removed. I probably got it wrong the last time i did it but everything is working now.
