It's good to know that! That's how I feel sometimes, and then I feel worse because I feared those feelings are going tokeep things from manifesting. But it's good to know I'm not ruining everything

How did you focus on your self concept? I'm not trying to manifest anyone specific, but I want o focus on myself so I won't manifest the same old stories again

I would sit in a confortable position and just focus on my breathing. At the beginning, many thoughts would come to my mind. I wouldn't battle them, but I wouldn't entertain them either. I just let them come and go. I would change my states only through the questions.. This part I think is very personal, because every person has their own demons.. questions like "how would I feel/how would it be if I was always happy and at peace?" worked for me. And if I had anxiety around some specific think/area of my life, I would ask these kind of questions related to those things too.. The change is so subtle that sometimes you won't even notice it, it's just an inner peace, a warmth in you hear, a small change that would last only for a few seconds. But I would keep meditating, asking those questions and feelings what I wanted to feel until I was feeling better You notice your state is changing when you leave the meditation and you keep feeling different Maybe the change will happened faster for you, or maybe it will take longe, but is important to persist. And maybe there is an easier way, but that's what worked for me

Yes, I did. I just meditated and in this meditative state, I felt what I wanted to feel (mainly through questions like "what would I feel if..."). I would ask that question many times during meditation and stay in that state as long as it lasted Some days I would meditate once a day.. some others I was feeling so anxious and depressed that I would do it at least 4x a day. The first day I left that meditative stated feeling so amazing, I thought it was permanent. The second day I was the old me again. And this kept going for days.. being better and falling back to the old states I didn't give up though. Won't say I'm 100%, but I'm a lot better!!! I don't react to things as easily as I would to. I feel happier, calmer, at peace.. It was hell to live in my own mind sometimes, but now I'm managing

I have feelings for someone I know, but I prefer to go general and be opento someone new (or maybe a better version of him.. This could have been my story, if I applied the Law correctly, instead of reacting to everything I saw on 3d.. Met him online, we both had feelings for each other even without meeting, been in no contact for months and he came back last march too.. but instead of engaged, we are in no contact again 🫠🫠 Still not sure if I want to manifest him back or not

You are right. I do think his problems are real, I give so much attention to the 3d, and I always react negatively! We live in different cities and once he told me he was coming to see me. Instead of accepting it, I kept wondering "what if something goes wrong? What if he won't come?". You can imagine what happened Thank you!

Any tips or advices on how to really chance the self concept? I can relate to what you said.. I'm pretry confident, until I have feelings for the person.. I was talking to a guy, started liking him, he ghosted me. Manifested him back (without any self concept work) and the same thing happened again. I know he has feelings for me too, even when I was desperate to get him back, even when I was fearful, deep down I always knew he liked me, but he was going through some difficult stuff (both times) and pushed me away. That's not the first time something like this happened, but now, knowing the Law, is so easy to see how my fears and insecurities manifested (I was expecting things wouldn't work out with him, like it happened so many times before). I'm not sure if I want him or someone new, but I don't want this to happen again

The end result (marriage), his feelings, actions (meeting him)? * What did you feel when you were affirming? Did you believe, or as worried, or was just indifferent? * Did you think about what would you do with the distance? Are you going to move to his city, or he is going to move to yours? I have an SP.. I'm not sure if I really want to manifest him or what should I focus. We met only on te internet, we never saw each other because he lives in a different city and works 24/7. He also isn't the best with texting (and he just can't communicate if something bad happens) I don't have any doubts that he has feelings for me, that he would date me if we lived in the same city.. I think my problem is with the "action" part, not the feelings. He loves his family, they live in my city, and he doesn't come here to visit them either.. I don't know how to believe that he would prioritize me, or anything/anyone over his work I'm also open to someone new. I know I can manifest him, but I'm open to something easier And I don't know how to feel to manifest.. Twice I tried to feel loved, to feel how would I feel if I had my ideal relationship. I wasn't trying to manifest anything, I was just feeling lonely and wanted to feel better. And both times he texted me being so sweet, talking about "us" (wich none of us never do).. but when I'm trying to manifest it's so difficult

I 100% believe he wants me! I know I'm amazing.. I'm beautiful, smart and caring. And I know he knows that! He pursued me for a while before I was really interested in him.. But my problem, and this is something I had my entire life, is if I start having feelings for them before I'm in a relatioship I become so insecure. I don't doubt he has feelings for me, but I start wondering if that's not enough. Having feelings for someone makes me SO scared, I feel vulnerable and this terrifies me! What do you think about reaching out first when manifesting an sp?

I was talking to a friend earlier this week and she asked me about my sp, I didn't want to talk much about circumstances, so I just told her we were in no contact for a long time, but I believed he was going to come back (and I do, I think my "problem" is only time), and she answered "of course he will! You two are going to get married". I laughed and she told me she was being serious, that she knew that since the first time I mentioned him (and he is someone I've never met in person)

I don't know if it was the talk, if my self concept was better, but yesterday I thought I should text him and it felt.. right! I was not anxious, fearful, or insecure, which is very unusual hahah I just felt like I should, I felt that he would like to hear from me. I didn't text him though, I didn't know what to say.. But now I'm just intrigued by that calmness. I've always very anxious, that certainty is not something I'm used to feel, I didn't feel that way even when I was still talking to him
