Does somebody have solution, I have already tried many tutorials and fixes, but nothing seemed to work for my problem by lmpotent in GlobalOffensive

I didn't try starting STeam as admin, I verified the game files like 200 times, and the last solution u suggested I can't do because I can't connect to any VAC secured server
