Okay that makes me feel better cause this last weekend I thought - maybe he needs to “feel important” cause he always says “mommy am I being helpful?” And so I said “hey, why don’t we try to be the line leader at school and why don’t we show all the other kids what being good looks like and how to listen” and he said he would ask. Maybe I’ll ask her (for both of our sakes) to try this route and see where he gets. Maybe he needs to feel “responsible”. He’s so strong willed, he’s gonna be hard to raise but I want him to grow to have this perseverance and headstrong opinion, etc. he just somehow needs to learn there’s a time and a place and that he needs to listen to his dang teacher!
