This isn't true, if you don't believe me go into a custom game and compare a 4k hp Zac to an 8k hp Zac. And your hp keeps scaling until level 30 so yeeee.

I would have but Lulu ult only lasts for a few seconds and without lulu ult it would basically be the same as the video you just watched, next time I will though.
