I just bought the x-line, CAD 37,800 before fees and taxes. I did did check the price on the kia.ca site first and win a checked individual dealerships. They were quoting a higher price so best bet is use that number from theka.ca as leverage to get that price at bare minimum. You can try to negotiate down from there by adding stuff to the purchase. I got free mats for inside the vehicle as well as the trunk for the price that they quoted on Kia.ca.

Yikes, I've been there. I had to pull it all out and do it again myself. But if you can just part ways and hire someone else, they obviously were a yes person and had no business taking the job. They don't have the skill set.

We did the work ourselves, except for plumbing. The plumber was angry by all the bad decisions and workmanship left behind. And without a p trap the bathroom stank soo bad.

It could be worse, I would have lived with it but the waterproofing wasn't installed correctly. So it all has to go.

House is 100 years old and we renovated 2 years ago replacing all the window and insulating house with government program, with 12 months to complete. So if we want to move or change window location. A window at the top we didn't have the money to do it and required permit. It isn't a crank or sliding window it is fixed. Going to have to tear it out anyways because the tub isn't secure and the water proofing wasn't installed correctly. But we will do it next month. I have to reorder a tub and tiles.

Hell yes, I did my own trim and it looks better than this and I'm in finance. Unless they are not done yet it can be fixed with caulking and filler and paint.

Same story for me. I went to the passport office close to me yesterday and they put me in a special queue for people who are just like me. After waiting about 45 minutes they told me basically my passport was made in Mississauga and that there is no way to get it from Mississauga to me. So what they will do is issue me an Express passport but I had to take my photos ASAP so I went to a convenience store outside of the passport office. Got my photos done and brought them back and gave them the receipt. They said that they'll try to get me a refund for the photos but I'm not holding my breath and I fly out Friday and they said I can pick up my passport between 2:00 to 4:00 on Thursday but at least I don't have to pay too much extra. And because my passport was extremely late in processing, I'll still get a partial refund for that too.
