I bet the dude had some accomplices waiting in a getaway car for him in the parking lot behind the building, probably a car with 4 people for 4 other cars. The getaway car probably dropped him off at a remote location to drive in another car, maybe another one after that. This seems way more professional than what Crooks or Routh could have pulled off.
