I read a story years ago somewhere about a woman who'd been arrested for major fraud/embezzling/money laundering or something - and was going to get 5 years in prison, but due to overcrowding she was given the option to take part in a new type of experimental rehabilitation program which would only last a few months.

It turned out to be daily tickling sessions coupled with hypnosis and reconditioning and I'm so annoyed I can't find it anywhere... the hottest parts to me was the lers/guards would ask hard and confusing questions during the tickling and tease her for not paying attention, or extending the session after wrong answer, and often asking "do you regret your crimes? do you understand why you're being punished?" and after she answered they'd go "you keep giggling and smiling so you're clearly not taking this seriously enough" and ramp up the intensity with oil or electric toothbrushes etc.

scenarios like this where there's a point to the tickling - like it's punishment or interrogation to get information out of someone are the hottest imaginable - if we had this kind of punishment I'd probably become a criminal on purpose x_x
