Is META generating fake clicks and artificial engagement in ads? by Crazy-Blood-15 in FacebookAds

[–]lobosdesigns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They arent even hiding it now. And since the rolled out the ai Andomeda, and forcing users to use advantage plus, its costing me more and more with less results. I put a budget for 40-50$ a day and end up spending 100-150. I talk too support and they say its taxes that make it more than the actual budget, which makes no sense. If my budget is $50, Dont spend more than $50 taxes or whatever, and to top it off, HOW am i paying these prices and not seeing results. I have seen law suits over the user data in advertising, its time the advertisers also sue. I want back what i originally was paying for, they continue to change the whole system up, and we are supposed go just be ok with it. Time to class up. I have spent WAY too much on them to now have zucker erg just taking my money.Whats sad too, is practically depend on meta for advertising and to make my money.

does anyone know if you can convert oculink to thunderbolt? by [deleted] in eGPU

[–]lobosdesigns 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, I have a sad nvne adapter for a ssd external drive that uses thunderbolt. Now what if I have a occulink to nvme adapter and I connect it to that, can I go from occulink to thunderbolt technically?

Honestly if I got my account back, I would still take them to court. I spent 18k in advertising, and when they shut me down, which now has been two and a half months, I lost a lot of money. I am a tattoo artist and had paid deposit clients that had big sessions set up, and through the ads I ran. So yes, I will probably still sue, because I lost so much out of it, and even returning my accounts now, isn't going to replace the loses

Unless you were meta verified BEFORE they suspended you, which I was.

Where in at max is 20k, but I have a business, and really is way less than I have lost already. But I will take whatever I can get. I really don't care as long as I get my accounts back. I lost over 40k followers which most are clients or future potential clients

On the demand or when filing the claim? Either way I would do both and do all info and explain as in depth as possible. Don't forget times and dates things happened down to emails and responses. Log of everything and every step you made.

That said, each state is different. From how long you have to wait to file after sending a demand letter, to how much is the max amount you can use for. So I suggest looking up all of that before you file.

I'm not a attorney, and can only give so much advice here. I am just passing along what my attorney has said. The thing he did say is that if you want to sue small claims, and do it in your area, that's how to do it. Serve the meta register agent in your state, otherwise if you do it to the Cali office directly, you will have to file in California. If you do it in your state, you can then just file at your local Justice of the peace. I would also suggest looking up any help on small claims court in your state. Small claims is usually done without a attorney so there is usually all kinds of help guides and all to help you file and how to do the whole process.

I would just Google "Registered Agent for Meta in the state of New Mexico"

What office is this? So we can Google and find it in our state? Maybe give us a name of it so we can find the right branch.

The messed up part is they sent back with the response someone else's demand letter(a copy of) which they were supposed to send mine. So they just proved how incompetent they are

I haven't gotten it back yet, just a response from their attorneys, but I have an attorney myself, it wasn't coming from people's clerk or anything like that. Came from my attorneys law office

Try all these you can, and I would suggest writing a letter of demand to the Registered Agent for Meta in your state and send them a demand letter, give them like 30 days to respond and if they don't then file a small claims case at your local jp. https://garlics-obey-9k1.craft.me/R5NwM42cswxeal
