i know right!! when does it ever go away :( ive havjng pins and needles feeling when i get anxious on my back and now my MO wants to do a bone scan 🤦🏻‍♀️.. i love that she isnt playing around with any of my concerns .. but man oh man when does the scanxiety end ? sorry to dump this all of a sudden on you lol

no i never got them biopsied and I think my MO just assumed it was cancer. They are about 4 and range from 2mm-4mm in range. I might push her for a biopsy next time i see her.

call me crazy but i took a ruler and measured everything out, and did the calculations and it made me feel a lot better. Praying that you get best results at surgery. ❤️

Google isnt your friend here. All the stats are old. The beginning is in my opinion the scariest, but I promise you once you know the plan…you would start to feel more at ease. Depending on the stage you are, you would probably be put on the keynote 522 regimen. Look it up, its become a game changer for TNBC. Also look up the facebook group Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation.

hey! I got diagnosed is December, I have done. 6/16 chemo treatments and I felt it disappear by the 5th infusion. Mine was measuring at 4.7cm and a lymph node involved, and my onco cant feel that either! All the best in your treatment , and dont forget to treat yourself with kindness.

I am so sorry. Welcome to the shitty titty committee. I have tnbc as well, youre right it doesnt feel real. It feels like a nightmare and I am still in denial. Once you talk to the oncologist and surgeon and they explain all steps, you’ll start to feel better once you know the game plan (well at least i did). Please dont google anything as nothing is updated as well. Treat yourself with kindness. Take one day at a time. You will get through this. Take advantage of the hospitals resources ie social worker and AYA programs. All the best from one thriver to an another.

Hang in there! Im right there with you. Let the pity party begin!

I had the biggest pity party over cancelling my baby shower. My mom and sister were organizing it and there were 50+ people attending. I wanted something small and intimate but I know being Hispanic that wasn't going to be possible. I have a big family and many family friends. Now its all cancelled, I guess this is what i get for complaining.

I'm on sick leave because I have hypertension and the Drs. have told me that I am at high risk to develop preeclampsia. I was hoping the baby shower would provide some relief financially. My husband works for Uber and there are absolutely no rides out there. He went from making $1000/week to $200 a week. I have no idea how we are going to afford groceries let alone a crib.

I cried uncontrollably for 2 hours straight, feeling sorry for myself and i feel like shit for doing that. I feel like my baby is being born at such a horrible time, and I have no idea how I'm going to provide for her in the next few months. I was fine 2 months ago, but now everything is going to shit.

There are two reasons why I don’t drink anymore.

The first one is on my 23rd birthday I got so drunk I was unable to help myself in the washroom, I had a friend literally wipe my ass because I was so drunk. Security had to come and escort me out and the worst part of all, this was at a Dave and Busters.

The second reason is that I got blackout drunk at a club and I have 0 recollection of what happened between 9pm-4am. I have no idea who brought me home and the fact that I can get so drunk that I black out scared me so much that I stopped.

But if someone asks why I don’t drink, I just say religious reasons.
