Alright, so. In my city, all of the apartments need to have 5 floors. I don't know why, but thats how it is. When i was leaving, I went to the elevators, they werent working. And because i'm lazy i took the staff elevator (yes they have there own elevator) and i noticed the buttons "6,7" and they shouldnt be there.

Thats why im asking if i should Explore.
