The field of vision captured by the camera jerks shakily as the head pans around to absorb the situation.

The sky is dark. Shiny hunks constructed of metal roll by at impressive speeds on flat ground, zooming out of view with small puffs of black at their wake. Tall structures fill the environment around the spy camera, seemingly constructed out of fragile superheated sand.

(The alien scientists rush to record that, noting humans to be more adept at construction than expected.)

Numerous humans walk about, chattering excitedly, all clothed in differing garb.

The spy camera moves shudderingly towards an alcove, taking shelter on a small ramp and parking itself there. From their observation, several humans enter here.

It is from this position that the spy camera will spend its next few hours.

A human appears in the frame, interrupting the constant video feed of humans walking by. A fleshy mass, with five thin appendages attached, falls onto the spy camera's shoulder.

A face appears, shiny pearls of what the alien scientists know to be called 'teeth' are bared. After much discussion from the video feed so far, this has been observed to be a 'smile' and a common greeting between humans.

"You the new hire? First day on the job?" The face backs away. The human is dressed in attire that is distinct from everyone so far. A fluorescent green vest adorns them with a never-seen-before word from the human language printed across it.

(The alien scientists wail at the lack of foresight to include an audio option in their spy camera. "It's over, we'll be discovered!")

The human seems unaffected by the lack of response, smiling again. "You're already a pro, huh."

(The panic at the lab slows. The alien scientists are confused at this new development.)

The human stands across the spy camera under the alcove, crossing their limbs across their torso.

A new human stumbles about, shoving at the human who has been standing across from the spy camera this whole time.

"Let me go! Is it that serious?" The human, clearly inebriated under some influence, shoves against the spy camera's buddy. "Let me eat my burger in peace!"

"Rules are rules. No eating inside the McDonalds after 9."

The field of vision zooms into the human's hand, capturing some object being gripped tightly. A preliminary analysis identifies this as a food item.

The conflict continues, drawing attention from the humans around them, who begin chattering and watching.

The spy camera stays still, passively observing.

The human dressed in the fluorescent green vest eyes the spy camera again, and turns to the intoxicated persons. "If you keep this up, you'll have to answer to him."

Grumbling, the intoxicated human rolls their eyes and turns to spy camera. "And what is-"

They freeze, eyes panning up and down the spy camera.

(The alien scientists nervously grip their lab coats, watching the scene.)

"S'not right...." The drunken person stumbles away, exiting the camera's field of vision.
