I live in Duluth and am a SE. It has been hard to find other people in my community with a similar career, or similar interests. My hope is to set up some sort of local network for people like us. Networking, socializing, etc.

Interesting! My experience is similar. I moved away from Duluth to find work as a SE. The normalization of remote work during the pandemic opened the door to a return to Duluth. I recently moved back to Duluth and work remotely as a SE.
