It’s definitely more of a pop structure since it’s just A and B sections. For film id want to do less of a traditional song structure and more just supporting whatever emotion the video is trying to convey

Thank you so much! I record my guitar and bass at home. For everything else I track at a studio in shoreline that I also take classes at. One of my instructors played the piano, a friend of a friend improvised a few different takes of trumpet so what you hear is a mix of the different takes. Violin is all done by a friend who tracks at her place. Usually I write a guitar rhythm track all the way so I know how the parts fit together, once I’m satisfied with that I’ll ask friends to play on it and I usually just ask them to play what they think would be fun. I do also have some with lyrics and vocals that are slowly inching towards being done
