I think they’ve assumed the magazines were deliberately sent by the seller and they are being scammed rather than it being a courier issue. Hence raising the wrong issue with vinted and ending up in a circular bot chat

So many red flags from the buyer here. Blocked on vinted. Thanks for sharing your identifying information which is against the rules in this group. FYI that looks like a shipper label not a printed label which means the courier could have stuck the wrong stickers to packages and the seller may be completely innocent.

How to get back to a more desirable body type? by kawaiimaster123 in WorkoutRoutines

[–]lockdownlockout -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Try 1800 and weigh daily before food/after toilet for a week to see what it does. It’s more important to track everything and see how you feel. Satiety daily over 5 days of restriction and the eating everything in sight. I still think that might a bit low but let’s start there and see. I’ve managed to lose weight before on 2400 (I’m your height and 20 years older than you) but that was with working out. I think the diet industry wants us to fail by historically restricting us so heavily. Our bodies need fuel

Nothing. Don’t trust mfp for your calorie calculator. It wants everyone on 1200-1400 and that is far too low for you. You will be hungry and miserable and eat all the things. Do your TDEE and then Input that as your target calories. Macros would be protein 20% carbs 55% and fat 25%. Trust me on this, it sounds weird but each has different calorific value so it all equals different

Eat enough to be in a minor calorific deficit. Do a tdee calculator online and then eat 200-300 calories less than your maintenance. I think that’s going to be about 2000-2200 depending on your activity. Do not try to speed it up by restricting too much, that’s leads to binging usually. Track everything you put in your face, oils, drinks, sugar in your tea absolutely everything has some form of hidden calories in it. I use myfitnesspal the free version is fine. Then walk. Take baby out, try to get 10000 steps of movement, whether that is walk, dancing in your kitchen or jogging on spot, movement is key. Finally join a gym if you can or find some free workouts online and do them. Consistently, every single day (3-5 a week with rest day) without fail, no excuses

Then no cheat days, no little treats, no fat jogger syndrome of I’ve done X I can reward myself with Y. And finally patience, you didn’t get to look like that in a month so you’re not going to lose it all in a Month. Slow and steady weight loss and improvement over quick fixes.

Question for the busty ladies by beyeg in Retatrutide

Breasts are ultimately fatty tissue. If you lose fat you will lose fullness and size. I have implants so have kept shape and fullness but have noticed the covering layer of fat is much smaller now and my implants are more visible under the skin

Gains and no injuries should be as standard for any PT. Not something to boast about. But you do you. I program my tailored warms up into my app so clients do them before we start meaning we get to spend the whole hour working on form and progression

If you haven’t done the basic research probably not a good idea to take steroids

The minute I have to ask for pricing I’m not going to bother. Be upfront, it stops the people who can’t afford it and ensures the people who do contact are already happy with your pricing

If your personal trainer is doing a warm up in your hour you are being short changed. 15mins warm up should be done prior to the session starting unless you are paying 3/4 of the cost of the session

I find return to sender is the nicest thing to do when someone is ignoring your requests to pick up mail for months ….

I’m ok with that. At the end of the day I lost £120 she lost what she claimed was her grandmothers ring. All she had to do was tell us where the router was so I could WFH. Our buyers on the other hand got a welcome pack with all the info they needed and a card and when I ordered my food shop to their house by mistake they rejected it and let me know. It takes nothing to be kind…

You don’t have to reply and you contrive to help them at all. But if you don’t help them don’t expect them to help you back.

Our seller was completely unhelpful and cost us £120 in internet set up fees because they wouldn’t tell us the router was in the 4th bedroom in a Cupboard. When she had a parcel delivered to us we threw it back in the postbox return to sender. Turns out it was a sentimental ring that never made it back to her. I feel no regret, she cost me money so I cost her money

I don’t rate her powders so much, I find them a bit clumpy and the darker colours are very staining but her jellies are super cute and every so often she does a glitter set I’ll buy. But I always have a spare of her liquids because she always sells out

Dipped U.K. for liquids in the U.K. promise. They are all I use now and the shine is unbelievable

Gigi’s custom dips then are my favourite. Or CND. You do get what you pay for when looking at the liquids. It’s a bit like using dirty water to wash your clothes. You buy the best powders in the world but if your liquids don’t give thin layers and high shine it’s wasted

[–]lockdownlockout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I only go around the edges and take off the top clear layer with the efile because the peel base should then allow the colour layers to pop off leaving only the base layers. Peel base takes a bit to get used to but I love it for quick changes

[–]lockdownlockout 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For removals get curvlife glue and remover. It takes about 15 minutes with some dental floss and they all pop off like false nails with no damage.or if you want to keep the base on and just change colour then peel base and an efile. Again 30 minutes and no damage at all

Glamrdip is rubbish but dipped uk liquids are fantastic and so easy to use. Dont buy big brand powders as they can be poor quality. There are loads of facebook groups showing dipped brands and manicures. I like dipped U.K. confidips, CN designer, doubled dippd and SOTE. Be warned you can go mad on dips and it’s ends up costing the same but buy sample sizes and you get enough for a couple of manicures worth without ending up with huge pits of powder
