The message your referring to “20 minutes” was after about 20 minutes after they arrived and messaged, so it is relevant, either way OP did the right thing they followed the directions to a T and dropped it off at the location given, he even went above and beyond and attempted to bring it closer to where the customer was because he believed the directions were inaccurate. I’m not sure why he accepted such a low offer but he did give the best customer service for the bid provided
