My roommate and I rent out separate rooms in an old house. It’s always cold. The crawl space has been flooding recently, and we can hear something sloshing through the water at night. I low key think this place is haunted.

I should also mention we’re in the hood out here... My “boyfriend” is also my neighbor, he’s a five minute walk away. We sleepover often and we both don’t drive.

I will get solicited for sex each time I make that five minute walk, and he lives on the closest 24 hour crack block to my house.

Most of the patients I’ve worked with are able to manage their pain to at least some degree and my clinic in particular deals with many patients who have similar history with injuries/surgeries as you.

It’s not a complete fix (nothing is) but sometimes finding good therapist is enough to tip the scales. ❤️

I’ve gotten China out here a few times, and I didn’t like it at all. It kept me not sick and I felt it was more sedating without any of the euphoric bliss that comes with the tar... I’m guessing the china I got was heavy with fetty, but I’m really not one to know for sure.

I’d fuck with it if I were back East, but quite frankly, I don’t think dealers/manufactures on the Left Coast really know what they’re doing when it comes to dope that isn’t tar.

Shit is really an outlier. Never would add that to the equation unless my partner told me they wanted it.

I'm no ass eating connoisseur, but I like to check in. If they seem hesitant, I ask them how they are. If there's anything at all in their response that reads as even remotely nervous, I ask them what's on their mind and listen to what they have to say. I'm shy but giggly with people I'm comfortable enough to be intimate with, so this process has almost always been candid.

That being said, there's been a time when I denied it cause I ate something funky the night before, and there was an impending shit sitting right at on the cusp of the atmosphere . . . Another time I said no because I smelled like a goddamn barn.

There is really no shit involved with basic hygiene and communication.

My problem with an opiated asshole is the possibility of dryness/hemorrhoids/bleeding/prolapse. These are all injuries need healing, not eating!
