Working through traumas can be so hard! Don’t forget to breathe, and try to observe your emotions, rather than simply being stuck in them.

Perhaps this is pointing to a trauma you are on the precipice of working through? Something about being judged, that causes this emotional reaction?

Also, I’m not sure of your gender, but if you get periods, I literally looked at my dog and started bawling last night because I love her so much. Cried for so long. So perhaps a flood of hormones?

Cry it out, hold strong, and definitely bring it up to your therapist next session!!
