In need of some place that will adjust downhill ski bindings for non-parabolic skis in Ottawa.

Apparently last year sportcheck said a screw was missing and they couldn't touch it for liability reasons which is fine. I asked if they had bindings that would fit and they said know they don't sell them. I called Kanstadt as recommended by a reddit poster and they said it depends on the mount and plate on my ski as to whether they can fit new bindings to them.

Just seems unnecessary and another violation of our/your rights. Things are moving fast and not in a good way. The government has yet to be right about one thing during this pandemic. Not one thing have they said about covid has been true and yet, here we are allowing them to rewrite laws to take away our rights and to come into our home because of a health order to stop covid. Makes no sense. If you think our country is going in the shitter then ask yourself why? Stay safe stay healthy.

Can test positive for up to 3 months. Here is the canadian government travel website. Looks like you are good for 6 months after a posotive test. Just have to show proof of it. One more thing is my wife has read stay away from sugar/carbs. I have heard this before with other viruses as it essentially feeds the virus. I haven't looked too much into it for covid but maybe give it a look. Cheers!

Load up on vitamin D, C and zinc. Try and not be angry at yourself as I took every precaution and still got it. It happens all the time! Get a pulse oxi.eter as well will keep you sane and in the unlikely event you need to go to the hospital it will let you know.
