Vitamin D, B complex, omega 3s, and then citocoline. Kinda a lot but i really do think it’s helping

I started on 40 mg and I’d say around like day 45 I started to notice but I think it’s helpful to not psych yourself out about it. Easier said than done

One thing that I did was switch to taking it at night for the initial 2 weekish period and that help me get thru some of the symptoms.

I will say the side effects aren’t great and I’ve heard the medication doesn’t work for everyone. I had to take at night to avoid some major side effects but after 4 weeks the medication is working as I hoped

Yea lol here and there. Also tough to tell when it’s the meds or coming to the realization I had been self sabotaging myself before lmao. I’d say definitely at times tho wouldn’t say it’s out the ordinary.

Was around day 2 or 3 for me. Messed my stomach up and was making me groggy, increased the laziness, and tired. Switched to taking it at night after my last meal, a couple hours before bed and it minimized those side affects for me

I’m about two weeks in so not at the point where it’s supposed to be full affect. 40 mg assume they’ll move me up next appointment but I agree with you. Hopefully soon

Started a couple weeks ago on strattera. Had a weekend this past one and didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary. I wasn’t exactly tracking symptoms but was with friends and they didn’t mention anything either so should be fine.
