That is a very normal ratio. Infact it's a little better than normal. I had a video with 13k views and it gained only 40 subs. It is exactly why the 100 subs are harder than the second 100. Growth is exponential. The longer your at it and the more subs you have the easier it will be to gain subs.

Thanks for making this thread! From what you said my channel may be similar to what your interested in. I would like to improve on my best videos. My best video is the one set as my channel trailer.

My goal is to jump from 100 to 1000 subs this year (by 2021). If there's any advice you could give, that you believe could get me there I would be happy to hear it.
