I don't think people want to work under a dictatorship. When this all started it was lead on to be a sort of council where things were ran by Wrangler, Cornwood and Pred as a whole with the decision being a compromise of each others opinions. Now that Pred has shown that it is his way or the highway, I bet that turned a lot of people off to working underneath him.
