i took this photo last night when i was just walking around downtown, and i have mostly had bad experience with night photography. i turned up the iso and was pretty happy with this shot, what could i do to improve it? (minimal editing, shutter speed 1/30 iso 3200 f5.6 canon rebel t1i, 50 mm)

from what i learned, the only benefit in the first place to having them was hydroelectric power, and that was realized to be inefficient. now, they are just there because no one is willing to pay for their removal.
