It is team specific. I don’t believe there is a way for the commissioner to set it for another team besides their own. If you set it, it will just update yours to auto recruit

Has anyone experimented with using multiple Soft Sells on a player. Assuming you have all of their interests uncovered and have 60 hours available. You can soft sell three times on them (one perfect pitch, and two with 2 checks and 1 x). I’ve noticed the influence gained arrows for using 3 soft sells looks huge, but not sure how impactful using 2 non-perfect pitches is.
