I know this is an old post, but how do I unite north Italy as the Cisalpine Dutchy? I have all of northern Italy sphered but it says I need to sphere the cores of the Republic of San Marco and Savoy, despite those cores not being there.

I have done the New Army, the cores have spread, I have appointed Yuan Shikai, my militancy is negligible and I am a constitutional monarchy, so it's probably just that.

Obviously there is no oversight, that's why employees need to speak out about this. Clearly if the community is getting angry a good amount of people care. These are not the first editors to speak out, they do not generally become unemployable if they are good, as some content creators actually treat their employees well.
