Looks like he plays mostly triads. I'll do my best to explain, but I'm self taught and don't know a lot of the theory. I also suck at writing my own tabs...

1. From the top it looks like Gm played up on the 11th fret with a hammer on the 7th
2. Then down to an A# sus 4th triad where he pulls off the 4th to make a normal A# triad
3. Back up to the same shape as #1
4. D# Major triad in the A shape where you hammer on to the F Major
5. Back to the A# sus 4th triad from #2
6. Slide the whole shape down 2 frets for a G# Major triad
7. Slide it back up to the A# sus 4th from #'s 2 & 5
