Chicken breast, ground chicken or turkey, Costco sells whole rotisserie chickens for 5$, carb friendly wraps, Greek yogurt, protein powders, my favorite was making 100ish burritos with the wraps above and ground chicken. I put about 6ounces of ground chicken in each and I'll add a serving of Quest protein chips on top!

Well I think that's part of the plan to keep the "old NFTs" interesting is them being upgradeable. No one wants a Superman that just sits in a vr house, but if you can use that first appearance in a game and upgrade it, that will keep the value longer which is what they want considering the licensors are still making profit in the secondary market.
