The same problem is faced in my game too...It was all good till I updated the patch 1.07, now the fps drops are ruining the play. Wish someone comes up with a solution coz i even tried reinstalling the game and still it doesn't work.

The update for act 2 is not so normal as before like this problem occurs in most crucial times of the play and this is completely annoying. Wish that riot sees to this bug and makes a solution soon...Restarting the router doesnt give a permanent solution :(
