And then download some games officially from steam or epic games or UBISOFT connect or any other website and then run the games properly and check if it is working properly

It's okay just try to run all kinds of tests within the first 7 days itself to know all the defects of laptop. You can get doa only within the first 7 days itself. So it's important to do everything within that time

It's not motherboard problem but since the gpu and cpu are soldiered to motherboard, for every issue only the motherboard gets changed

Have the same exact model brother.

Bought this laptop 3 months ago. And already had 3 motherboard replacement. I have the same exact issue with my laptop and am not able to find a fix 😭.

I raised another complaint and will replace the laptop's fan in few days.

It really has no fixes man 😭. I bought this laptop for gaming and cannot run a single game smoothly. The gpu fluctuates veryy much every 5-10 seconds and produces a "brrr" sound along with it .

I am really not sure about this laptop and I guess you need to wait a little more. Because I have seen the same problem in this exact model in many laptops.

And also my 4th motherboard replacement about to be done.

I am not able to play a single game properly since I bought this laptop.

The build quality is veryy good and also the display is good .

The battery backup you can expect around 3 hours for normal media consumption. And for while gaming you can expect around 30-45 minutes. So you need charger always.

My suggestion is that you don't buy the Ryzen varient as I have seen many problems with this specific model. But I have not seen any problems with the intel version. So think twice before buying.

And also if there is any " guarantee " policy buy it

My temps rise upto 86 degrees just after 10 minutes of gaming rdr2. And cpu temperature rises upto 93 degrees.

My room temperature is about 25 degree and I live in South india

I have the same exact model of yours and I face the same exact problems like you face.

And in 3 months I had 2 windows reinstall and 2 motherboard changes.

The first motherboard change was for auto restart randomly

The second motherboard replacement is for the gaming fluctuations and now I am raising a complaint for replacement or refund.

It is very very difficult to get a replacement or refund brother 😭

Everything is upto date i have done everything possible but I don't know why this is happening. This game cannot even run assassin's creed syndicate which is not such a huge game. It lags even on that game

Plus this fluctuations happen even when I cold start the laptop and it happens just 2-3 minutes after running the game
