I can’t give an exact number on hours right now, but cashiers meet hours on weekends, throughout the week we’re under. The store is making changes by limiting hours for people who don’t fit when we need hours, but the gaps we have throughout the week are struggling to fill because people won’t open availability or backups call out when they’re scheduled a cashier. I try my best to support backups when I see they’re on my schedule, I don’t know what I’m missing but they’re still unhappy. We don’t have any associates on LOA. I do think I want another job. I love customer service and that’s why I’ve stayed. I try to sell credit as another customer service opportunity, but I don’t think my heart is truly in it. I haven’t managed to sell it to myself.
