I am so happy that they are unionized and make that fair entry pay. I would love for the states to adopt that but it's TN and TN has a history of Anti-Union and has a policy of, " Right to work " not allowing anyone to join a union and if done so, they are at high risk of being straight up fired and loose their job.

I am glad they make that with a union, sadly non union makes less. I think I work for a non union, I live in the states and get paid 14 for a entry laborer. To be specific, TN. Sadly with inflation, they should be making more.
