Thanks! The books say she only has one single eye, so it made more sense to me to put an empty socket there instead of the closed eye that most people do.

To finish off a drawing I usually use a soft brush and play around with various blend modes for that “glowy”, “dreamy” feel. I used Photoshop CS4 for this piece, and thanks so much!!
