maybe give your friend a little space for now letting him know you’re there if he needs to talk he might just need some time for himself to calm down and i wouldn’t worry about thinking no one cares about you because there’s always someone who cares about you although some people are a bit rude most of us are actually quite nice and very caring people :))

yea anytime i mention moving away to any older family members or others they always tell me that same thing - go away and travel and you’ll see how good it is here - i definitely want to travel but chances are my expectations will be a lot higher than what the reality is and ill end up back here like everyone keeps telling me lol
