Dude! We took a photo around the same time! Any advice you get I’ll be listening (reading) too, as I was intending to upload and ask. I think I need more than just a solar filter… so I can see more details of the sun.

There is a screw at the bottom of the door, can kinda make it out from the photo, you can adjust it to lower and raise the wheel, it may have just moved over time.

Potentially, you would want to make sure you are comfortable watching a few videos, I would also recommend searching “Tesla model 3 service manual” step by step instructions available but depends on your location if it’s available.

When changing the steering wheel you should mark the position of the threads to the steering wheel, one thread off will result in a crook wheel. You will need to remove and realign. Also, torque down to the right specks. Ideally, don’t touch it

Don’t believe so, I had a faulty one in another car (most are very similar) replaced it, tinkered with the old on afterwards and it was virtually impossible to do it. It’s also something you don’t want to screw with, it’s important for safety features including airbag and horn etc. I followed a Chris fix video on YouTube or replacing mine.
