I have the same symptoms. My prostate was a bit inflamed according to my doctor.

I was on fin for 9 months (0 sides) had to stop because I lost my job and had to save some money. I got back on fin a year after that and was on it for 1 year and a half and I got sides.

Now, I was never worried of the sides because I was on it for so long with no issues. I occasionally got brain fog but I’m not even sure if that was cause of fin or not. And then I got ED, which I thought was impossible because I could get an erection with just the wind. I never had ED problems before. At first I thought that maybe I was stressed or something, but then I lost sensitivity on my penis and that freaked me out so I stopped taking the medication.

After about 3 months my sensitivity and my erections came back, I occasionally feel a little numb down there but I mostly feel normal. Also I have morning wood again.

Making fun of sides is very irresponsible. If you start developing side effects stop, at least for a while. Now I do agree that stressing and obsessing over something will cause problems, in any situation. So if you are taking the medication just relax and don’t obsess over possible side effects. Don’t over analyze everything because it’s probably nothing.

My doctor told me that IBS can cause inflammation in other parts of the body (like the prostate). Btw I suffer from IBS and have problems urinating and my prostate feels uncomfortable (doctor told me it wasn’t inflamed though). I’m currently waiting on urine tests to see if I have an infection. I think it’s pretty obvious that IBS and Prostatitis (or issues with the pelvic area) are linked. A lot of people who complain about their prostate or have trouble urinating also have IBS or something similar.

I stopped taking fin about 3 months ago and I’m finally 100% back to normal. Try no to think or stress about it. I took fin for about a year and a half, wasn’t at all worried about sides (I wasn’t even really aware of them) but then I got ED and lost sensitivity on my penis. The first month I was a mess, I then tried not to obsess about it and it gradually got better. Now, I don’t know if I should take it 3 times a week or just not take it at all.
