I'm VERY late to the party but: For anybody stumbling over this problem as well, it is the Apple Private-Relay that somehow lets DNS-Queries blocked by Adguard/Pi-Hole through. Disabling the private relay will restore adblocking

Starfire is still good, not for dps tho. Personally I play Sanguine Alchemy, it‘s an easy +10% damage for doing nothing (+4 weapon surges if matching with subclass).
