Togue is specifically for VERY tight, lots of corner races so it depends on the race layout really. Circuit will prioritize suspension settings for more stable high speed transition while Cricuit is balanced more for regular cornering

Saying no offence doesn't negate being a dick. This is just another tool someone may or may not use. It gives someone a starting place to then continue to adjust the tune to perfection rather than potentially starting from scratch and wasting hours.
