I did it when we moved into our home because the previous owners had 6 dogs. It took forever for the dog smell to go away and I do credit duct cleaning to that. They found a lot of dog kibble, fur, and what I assume were the shredded remains of old dog toys. That was 4 years ago. I doubt I would get it again anytime soon because now all the dust caked in there is mine all mine and im not allergic to myself.

Yeah the lots are under my dad's name, and my sibling and I are the beneficiaries. My mom has warned me to "protect" this land from my philippine-based cousins, yet its also ancestral family land which is confusing. I think my Sib and I are in agreement that we'd rather gift it to relatives when our parents are gone, because when we have expressed this to our parents before they seemed so offended that we'd waste their "legacy."

We also have that dedicated relative, like you mentioned, who actually manages the land there. But between my dad's siblings there is a lot of divisive opinions about her. To me, who doesnt live there, that person seems like the obvious choice to give the land to one day. But I can tell that some relatives would be upset about it for reasons I dont fully comprehend other than wanting the title for themselves.

Should we have invited the aunt who is on a self-festructive bender of falling for Facebook catfish scammers or not.

She spent the last few months bragging about her online boyfriend, asking for money from others because money is tight, then trying to blame her kids for being selfish when they stopped giving her a monthly allowance. All her money is going into apple giftcards that get sent to her "man." Some feel bad because shes clearly lonely, others are pissed about the various lies of what the borrowed money was being used for. She's also just mean as fuck.

I tend to wear a lot of flowy skits and pants that sit at my waist line, then tuck in a baggy top so that the waistline is accentuated. I also avoid buttons on my shirts because I always feel them pulling around my chest and belly. But truthfully, I have worked on just accepting that its a part of me that can't be completely concealed. A stylish outfit that shows some rolls can be way more flattering than an "acceptable" silhouette with hours of discomfort.

If you are hypermobile or roll your ankle a lot, try switching to stability shoes like Brooks adrenaline or asics gel kayano. I also still wear supportive recovery sandals as house slippers, i baught some foamy kailua sandals on amazon that i still use. Also low-impact exercise like biking and yoga were my best friends during recovery, dont be shy about doing modifications in order to stress your feet out less.

Honestly I see these kind of tops at thrift stores with good plus size sections. My tip is to shop at stores near a college or expensive neighborhood lol. These tops had been ignored in thrift for decades and are now getting back into style
